Responsabilities

● You will be on the front-lines of both new product initiatives as well as iterations on our
core platform
● You will take the lead on highly visible technical features, collaborate with your team with
complex problems, and work closely with the product team and designers
● Be involved in product definition, design/development, QA and deployment
● Work in an agile environment with bi-weekly sprint plans

● Help drive sound technical decision making and engage in collaborative technical
conversations with the various pods across Clearco's engineering team.

Technical Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience building web applications with technologies like (but not limited
to): TypeScript, Vue and Node
● Have extensive experience in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks, microservice
tooling, and build pipelines
● Proven track record of scaling web applications on top of large, distributed systems with
technologies like (but not limited to): RabbitMQ, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL
● Demonstrated sense of accountability for the quality and success of products and
features within team's domain
● Are excited to help identify new technologies and approaches to problems
● Have a passion for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, with a history of
building strong relationships with Product, Design, and other engineering teams
● Stay on top of industry trends, strive to push forward our tech stack, and are an advocate
for best practices
● Take ownership of personal growth and have a habit of continuous self-development
