Responsabilities

• Responsible for the verification of applications functions according to established specifications.
• Build, modify and execute test plans, test cases and scripts to support test activities. Identify, report, and track defects to closure.

 General Test Activities

• Active participation in Scrum activities (Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospective, Demos).
• Review and understand Requirements/Acceptance Criteria.
• Report Testing progress and results.
• Close collaboration with QA Test Lead / Developer/BA. 
• Test case creation

Job Description

• Create work item(s) associated with testing tasks.
• Determine and communicate Testing Scope.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Ensure coverage of both negative and positive testing.
• Ensure Test Case attributes are set to QA standards.  
• Test Execution
• Identify and/or stage test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing to ensure new functionality and established specifications are met.
• Ensure existing functionality (if applicable) is not impacted.
• Defect/BUG management. (Identify/Report/Track/Close)

• Demonstrate strong people, cross-group collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Skilled at debugging, root-cause-analysis, and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience Testing in Agile fast paced environment
• Log defects and track them to resolution
• Perform testing activities, including functional, performance, and regression testing
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases
• Experience testing APIs: Biggest ones are to experience testing APIs and asynchronous service integrations (queues, events, etc.)
• They don't require specific Azure experience (VMs, Kubernetes, docker, microservices, etc. Not required.
• They need experience with Azure Devops (boards, test suite, pipelines, artifactories, etc. Test cases creation and execution with Azure. Mandatory
• They need experience with Github and Github actions (also related to pipelines). Mandatory
